My Trailblazing Clients:
Ways to work together
01
Custom Design, Strategy & Implementation
Hand over your design work to a professional and rest assured that it’s in experienced hands. I’ll take care of research, strategy, innovation and implementation so you can take design off your plate and move on to the pieces of your business that you’re passionate about. You can divide your custom work schedule into VIP days, retainers or long-term projects, depending on what kind of work is needed.
02
Vision Mapping
Vision mapping is literally sharing your vision and getting it mapped out infront of you in a live call.
Whether you want to see the journey/steps to take or you want to see what something could physically look like…we draw it out for you. Then it’s up to you to decide where to go with your new “map” in hand. Enjoy the journey by pausing to check in on your direction and your big vision (especially if you have people following you!)

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Once we identify the right engagement model (VIP day, retainer, or project), we kick off with an intake to align on goals, scope, and timelines. For larger projects, this often includes setting up communication channels, scheduling collaborative research or mapping sessions, and establishing clear milestones so you know exactly what to expect.
-
Pricing varies depending on the depth and format of the engagement. VIP days are typically billed at a flat rate, retainers operate on a recurring monthly structure (with three-month commitments), and custom long-term projects are scoped individually with structured milestone payments.
-
While my goal is to take design and systems work off your plate, collaboration is key to creating solutions that truly fit your organization. Depending on the tier, your involvement generally ranges from a single intake and review session (for VIP days and hands-off projects) to regular co-creation and feedback checkpoints for deeper strategic retainers. The amount of effort on your part is mainly dependent on the speed at which the project needs to progress. Most effort happens at the beginning of a new project.

Yes. Systems design isn't just about how things look on the frontend—it focuses heavily on backend workflows. Whether you are using specific CRM platforms, project management tools, or communication channels, I evaluate your current stack to ensure any new processes or toolkits integrate smoothly.
-
Timelines depend entirely on the scope of work. A focused Vision Mapping session or VIP day can be executed in a matter of days, whereas comprehensive service design, research, and implementation projects typically span a few months to ensure thoughtful iteration and testing.

If you know something in your ecosystem needs attention but aren't sure whether you need a quick VIP day, a full retainer, or a DIY guide, you can book a free initial consultation. We will untangle where your bottlenecks are and map out the most logical, high-impact path forward.
Designing Systems that Change Worlds
I've been a designer for nearly 15 years, and I've learned that the main challenges small businesses and nonprofits face stem from three areas: inefficient processes, a lack of tending, and unintentional choices. As a systems-focused designer, I believe problems are caused by systems, not individuals. They can be solved when people come together to design new solutions—true innovation that can change the world.
I also believe that the world only changes when we take small, intentional actions, together, that change our local ecosystems until they are all connected.
