  • The hours in the retainer can involve illustration and graphic design as we work together to design impactful services for your business. Most visuals are used back-end like mapping and sketching ideas.

    Finalizing helpful visuals can totally happen! If the labor goes over the set retainer hours you can add on hours for $200/hour or wait to use the next month's hours.

  • You are welcome to cancel at anytime. Retainers require a 6-month commitment. Early cancellation for retainers will result in a fee.

    OIC can be cancelled at any time.

  • The monthly retainer hours do not roll over.
