Visually Cultivated is a deep-dig group program for intuitive leaders and coaches who are looking to scale while staying personal and human-centered in the process.

We do this by using visual aids to clarify, inspire and educate your clients so they feel cared for and empowered and you can do the visionary work.

Dig Deeper

Designing a Visually Cultivated client experience is like tending to a garden along a path. I’m personally more of a “let the natural garden grow the way it’s going to grow and give it what it needs” kind of gal and that’s how we’ll approach your visual support.

There’s no manicured landscaping here. If you want a cookie-cutter solution this isn’t the place.

However, you WILL find plenty of quick tips and shortcuts.

Every piece goes through the test:

  1. Does it support you and your client?

  2. Is it worth your time?

  3. Can it be completed by a non-professional designer?

Gather

This stage is for collecting branding assets and client process information with a mapping session. We also take a look at your process to identify the biggest gaps are in or sticky areas that need visual support.

We’ll do this stage in weeks 1, 2, 12-14

Vibe

The vibe helps people know what goes together, what to expect, how to interact, what kind of people they will be meeting along the way. There’s a BIG difference between hiking Mt. Everest and hiking in Florida swamps for example - same with each person’s unique business structure.

We’ll do this stage in weeks 3, 4, 10 & 12

Onboarding Experience

We'll walk through your onboarding process with another vision mapping session and then craft a welcome kit to soothe the sign-up process and find the perfect concept art by online creators to help new clients understand your unique process more fully.

We’ll do this stage in weeks 4, 5, 7 & 9

Clarity & Communication

This part of the process is for looking at your methods of communication with your clients, adding visuals where it matters most for your clients, and then collecting a library of visual aids to use as needed.

We’ll do this stage in weeks 7-11

Presentations

Presenting the different phases of the process or delivering results and actions can be a whole back-and-forth time suck, but it's important that clients feel heard here. We use visuals to make your presentations engaging, inspiring and clear.

We’ll do this stage in weeks 8, 11-12

Off-boarding Experience

Sending your clients off with a clear understanding of what they gained and how to move forward after the project/event is finished is an important factor in getting positive reviews, repeat clients and referrals. So we’ll build those out together with what we find online and pick the perfect on-brand gift to send for a visual reminder after they are done working with you.

We’ll do this stage in weeks 6, 12 & 15
