The 5-day Guide To Visually Nurtured Clients

This guided series is all about digging into your program and process to see where you can add visual support that matches the capacity you have as a team and leader.

Visual communication is more than pretty packaging or engaging social feeds, it’s how you translate what you do to your clients before, during and after they work with you. It’s honestly the best way to get referrals, repeat clients and word-of-mouth leads as you scale.

This 5 day guided email series will help you get started nurturing your clients visually in ways that are simple to implement and impactful.

 Here’s what you’ll learn:

Day 1: Breathe & Space

I’ll share 10 quick action steps to visually clear out the clutter and give your clients space to dream and brainstorm by looking at visual, thinking and reading space in your content, handouts and communications.

Day 2: Speaking In Color

We’ll chat in a down-to-earth way about color theory, color-blindness and Laura’s ideas about the anti-stereotypical version of color psychology so you can speak intentionally with this important visual tool.

Day 3: Brand Vibe

Learn how your business or agency’s brand vibe actually helps reduce anxiety and gives your clients an anchor for what’s expected. I’ll outline 4 main areas of the client process that need consistent branding so that your clients feel like they are in the right place..

Day 4: Clarity

We’ll cover why helping your clients understand more fully is actually empowering them to grow and learn and do the work they need to do. Clients have a right to understand what you are providing them. Not only do they feel more comfortable but they trust you more and they become amazing collaborators in the process. This email outlines a long list of ways to provide the best visual clarity in your communication.

Day 5: Experience

This final email looks at how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together to create the overall client experience. I’ll give you even more ideas for places to start making changes.

At the end we’ll put it all together with a walkthrough and visual reference guide for you to use whenever you need it. You’ll also learn what kind of visual supports are available to you when you need them.
